0% Never looked so good.

How often do you get excited when your child gets a 0% on a test?  Never.  However when my daughter recently got the results from her test in December we literally were jumping up and down and screaming with joy.

Wanna see?

Yup... that is the best 0% test I will ever see.

  1. This must be a relief! Personally, I don't know if I would put my kids through the test, to be honest. If it came up positive, I'd be worrying not "if", but "when", and that would be harder to deal with. At least, without knowing, there's some hope..

    1. I debated it. I am the first known/confirmed T1 on both sides of my family so it took me by surprise. I told my daughter about the test and she was all for it. Her response was something to the extent, "Mom, I want to know. If it's positive I know I can do it because you'll be doing it with me.". She literally had the date marked on her calendar of when the result would be in. I can totally understand not wanting to know, that's why I left the decision up to her.
